STK Bijoux Exchange & Return Policy

At STK Bijoux, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If something isnโ€™t quite right, weโ€™re happy to help. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags).
  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Store credit can be provided instead of a refund if preferred. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid label can be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for unworn items in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. A prepaid label can be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the exchange amount.
  • Please check product descriptions and size guides before ordering.Ring sizing
  • exchanges are handled on a caseโ€‘byโ€‘case basis. Sizing exchanges for other items are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@stkbijoux.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or fix the item at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

  • Earrings, sale items, custom orders, and purchases made during promotions with free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free Gifts & Promotions

  • From time to time, STK Bijoux provides free gifts with purchases. These may be given as part of a special promotion or as a surprise thank-you.

    • Surprise gifts (not tied to a promotion or purchase) are yours to keep โ€” they do not need to be returned if you request a refund.

    • Promotional gifts (provided as part of a promotion, bundle, or minimum spend offer) must be returned in their original condition if you are requesting a full refund. If the promotional gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email hello@stkbijoux.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos (if applicable).
  • We will review your request and send return or exchange instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund, store credit, or process your exchange as requested.
